A wrong figure
If something here is wrong — a flow rate, a hose diameter, a COP, a film thickness, an active chlorine content, a price band, or a description of how a mechanism behaves — say so. It gets checked, it gets corrected, and the page records what changed and when. This is the most valuable thing anyone sends, and it is the thing handled fastest.
Asking about a piece of kit
Nothing goes unread, and whatever can be answered is. When the same question turns up a third or fourth time it stops being an email and becomes a page, which serves far more people than any private reply.
Writing on behalf of a manufacturer
Technical sheets, installation manuals, compatibility tables and corrections of fact are welcome, and they do change what the pages say. What money cannot do here: buy a place in a family, buy a sentence, or buy a mention. A unit sent unasked earns nothing and reserves nothing; proposals along those lines receive no reply.
